CAPABILITIES

From an unclear problem to working software.

I compare the options, validate uncertain parts, and build the product or system that the work actually requires.

01

DESIGN / BUILD

System development

Design and build the required product across mobile, web, and backend systems, aligned with business goals and day-to-day operations.

For
Organizations looking for an engineer who can turn an idea or workflow into working software
Typical needs
  • Need to launch or improve a digital product
  • Manual workflows have become difficult to scale
  • Want to discuss mobile, web, and APIs together
02

VALIDATE / AUTOMATE

AI adoption and workflow automation

Clarify the current workflow and expected impact, test where AI and automation can make a meaningful difference, then build the results into daily operations.

For
Teams that need to identify the right starting point and evaluate feasibility
Typical needs
  • Unclear where AI or automation should be applied
  • Need evidence before committing to a larger build
  • Want to compare technical options and operational trade-offs
03

OPERATE / IMPROVE

Operations and internal enablement

Prepare measurement, operating rules, documentation, and improvement practices so the system can continue to evolve after launch.

For
Organizations that need long-term operation and continuous improvement
Typical needs
  • Knowledge is concentrated outside the organization
  • An introduced system has not become part of the workflow
  • Need to measure results and revisit priorities

DELIVERY PROCESS

From understanding to improvement.

The process is adjusted to the project size and uncertainty. The initial discussion establishes the decision criteria and next steps.

  1. 01

    Understand

Review the workflow, volume, cost, and expected impact to define the desired change and decision criteria.

  2. 02

    Test

Compare possible approaches and validate uncertain parts with prototypes or representative data.

  3. 03

    Design and build

Agree on the expected value and scope, then design and implement in reviewable increments.

  4. 04

    Measure and improve

Review the change after release and support operation, handover, and further improvement where needed.
